Guruadesh · The Sadhana Mandala

A disciplined path of sadhana, for those ready to walk it.

Guruadesh is a structured Sanatan sadhana sangha guided by Shree Pratik Ji. Not a content library. Not a community of seekers wandering. A guided anushthan, undertaken in stillness, under direction.

Invitation-first · By admission only

तद्विद्धि प्रणिपातेन परिप्रश्नेन सेवया।
उपदेक्ष्यन्ति ते ज्ञानं ज्ञानिनस्तत्त्वदर्शिनः॥

Approach the wise with reverence, with sincere inquiry, with seva. The seers of truth will impart the knowledge.— Bhagavad Gita 4.34

What is the Sadhana Mandala

परिक्रमा

A small sangha, walked together under one Guru.

The Sadhana Mandala is not a course. It is not a subscription to teachings. It is an active anushthan — a vow taken to practice, to be corrected, and to ripen. Members are admitted only after review.

साधना

Sadhana

Daily practice given by the Guru — japa, dhyana, swadhyaya. Not optional. Not customised to mood. The discipline itself is the door.

सत्संग

Satsang

Live transmission. Weekly sessions where doubts dissolve in the presence of one who walks the path. The Guru speaks; the sangha listens.

सेवा

Seva

The sangha exists for one another. Service refines the ego long before knowledge ever does. There is no progress without it.

The Sadhana Structure

मार्ग

Four movements. Walked, not read.

Each member moves through the same arc. There is no shortcut, no upgrade tier, no premium track. The path is the path.

  1. I

    Sankalpa

The seeker formally takes the vow. A practice is given — mantra, asana, time, count. Nothing is begun without sankalpa.

  2. II

    Anushthan

A fixed period of disciplined practice — 40, 90, or 108 days. The sadhaka practices daily, reports, and is corrected.

  3. III

    Pariksha

Every anushthan tests the seeker. Restlessness, doubt, dryness arise. The Guru steadies. The Sadhana Mandala holds.

  4. IV

    Phala

What ripens is not a feeling. It is a fitness — a quietness of mind, a steadiness of will, a clarity that does not depend on circumstance.

आदेश

On the Path of Adesh

Adesh in the Guru–Shishya tradition is not merely instruction, but transmission.

It reflects a deeper alignment where the Guru points the seeker toward truth, and the Shishya walks the path through discipline and practice.

अखण्डमण्डलाकारं व्याप्तं येन चराचरम्
तत्पदं दर्शितं येन तस्मै श्रीगुरवे नमः ॥

The Guru is the one who reveals the underlying unity of existence, guiding the seeker beyond limitation toward direct experience.

The Adhikari

अधिकारी

Who this is for.

Adhikara — fitness for the path — is not earned by enthusiasm. It is recognised by readiness. Read honestly. The Sadhana Mandala is not for everyone, and that is its strength.

Sangha is for you if —

  • You have practised before — even imperfectly — and want a structure to deepen.
  • You are willing to receive correction from a Guru.
  • You can hold a daily sadhana without needing to be motivated.
  • You honour the Sanatan tradition and do not seek to dilute it.

Sangha is not for you if —

  • You are looking for content, courses, or 'spiritual entertainment'.
  • You expect customisation, refunds, or a marketplace experience.
  • You want quick results, manifestation techniques, or guaranteed outcomes.
  • You are not yet ready to commit to one path under one Guru.

Questions

जिज्ञासा

Honest answers, before you ask.

Is there a fee?

+

The Sadhana Mandala follows the Guru–Shishya parampara, where offerings are made with sincerity and according to one's capacity.

There is no fixed public pricing. After your request is reviewed, details are shared directly.

A portion of the offerings is directed toward seva, including support for education of underprivileged girls and animal welfare.

The Sadhana Mandala is sustained through participation, not commercialisation.

How are members admitted?

+

By invitation. After you submit a request, our team reviews it and may onboard you over WhatsApp. Some seekers are asked to wait. Some are advised that this is not their path. Both are care.

Do I need to be Hindu, Indian, or experienced?

+

You need to be sincere about the Sanatan stream and willing to walk it as it is — without diluting it. Background is not the criterion. Reverence is.

Is this a course with completion?

+

No. Sadhana does not 'complete'. Members continue as long as they walk the path. Some stay for years. Some pause. Some return.

Will I get personal time with Shree Pratik Ji?

+

The sangha is small and intimate by design. Personal direction is given when needed. The Guru's primary transmission, however, is through the Sadhana Mandala itself.

What is asked of me?

+

Daily sadhana. Honesty in reporting. Reverence for the sangha. Respect for the silence between sessions. Nothing more, nothing less.
